These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, www.yejidelifestyle.com, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or “Website” or “We” or “Us,” as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer."
If you visit, use, or shop at the site or any future site operated by us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future services of the company or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with the company or third-party vendors, whether or not included in the site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or merchant. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.
By subscribing to or using any of our products or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services. If you do not want to be bound by the terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds; however, we will gladly exchange items or offer store credit. To be eligible for an exchange/ store credit:
- Yejide Lifestyle must be notified within 24hrs of confirmed delivery of the item(s) to the customer.
- The item(s) must be received by Yejide Lifestyle within 5 business days from the date of confirmed delivery for customers within Nigeria; and, 10 business days from the date of confirmed delivery for international customers.
- The item(s) to be exchanged/ returned must be in the same condition they were received. Please ensure tags and other accessories are left intact. Do go through the descriptions of the items before placing your order.
- Customers will be responsible for all exchange/ return related shipping fees and risks.
Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.
After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or store credit as soon as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Within Lagos: 1- 3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Outside Lagos (within Nigeria): 3 -7 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- International: 5-10 business days (from date of shipment). International shipping is currently only possible for items purchased via Yejide Lifestyle's Afrikrea Store. International shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items and, vary across destinations. Please note the weight of each item in the product descriptions.
Orders placed during the weekend/ public holidays will be processed the next business day.
N.B.: Shipping is handled by Third-party logistics companies. There may be delays in delivery due to a number of factors such as inclement weather, public holidays, government declared business shutdown days, periods of civil unrest, amongst others.
Please Note:
- Yejide Lifestyle Brand cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged items by the carrier after they have been dispatched.
- Yejide Lifestyle Brand cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. Yejide Lifestyle Brand reserves the choice to offer assistance in any investigations, however, the customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Yejide Lifestyle Brand cannot be held responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by the buyer or inputted by the carrier.
DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
International Customers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and associated other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
- To avoid unforeseen charges, we recommend contacting your country's customs and/or local postal office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and unfortunately you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- By placing an international order, the customer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the package is seized and/ or destroyed by customs, Yejide Lifestyle Brand cannot be held responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

The owners and operators of this website take the protection of your data very seriously. We treat your data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as your email addresses, is always provided to us voluntarily and only when you subscribe to our newsletter. External, PCI-compliant payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave) handle all card payment transactions.
