Quoted prices are valid for one (1) week and are subject to change after. Please confirm prices with the Yejide Lifestyle representative before making payment. A minimum deposit of Seventy percent (70%) of the purchase price is required to initiate order fulfillment. Lead time for production is a minimum of two (2) weeks. Approximate completion and ship dates will be determined upon receipt of deposit. The balance payment is expected on delivery. All customisations (sizing, scents, logos, colours etc.) will be confirmed via email or text message before production commences. Orders cannot be canceled after 48hrs from time of deposit, otherwise they will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Changes to orders or cancellations are required in writing. If changes are requested after production begins, there will be an additional charge to the customer for the quantities to be redone. Changes to orders during production may result in an extended delivery date. As these orders are made to client specification, unfortunately, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Notwithstanding this, if during delivery, the client discovers material defect to the packaging, we will offer an equitable resolution to the issue. For orders delivered by third-party logistics companies, Yejide Lifestyle cannot be held responsible mishandling by the carrier, therefore all damage claims will be carefully reviewed on an individual basis. Client pickup directly from our location is permitted. By placing an order and making payment, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions.
