RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds; however, we will gladly exchange items or offer store credit. To be eligible for an exchange/ store credit:

  • Yejide Lifestyle must be notified within 24hrs of confirmed delivery of the item(s) to the customer.
  • The item(s) must be received by Yejide Lifestyle within 5 business days from the date of confirmed delivery for customers within Nigeria; and, 10 business days from the date of confirmed delivery for international customers.
  • The item(s) to be exchanged/ returned must be in the same condition they were received. Please ensure tags and other accessories are left intact. Do go through the descriptions of the items before placing your order.
  • Customers will be responsible for all exchange/ return related shipping fees and risks.

Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or store credit as soon as possible.
